The ICT Board of Directors has hired a professional webmaster for its
website, therefore has basically eliminated my preparation and
maintaining of this website. I have appreciated the opportunity to serve
ICT as its webmaster for as long as I have done it. I have also been
extremely fortunate to serve on the Board of Directors and as its
President.
